Typically couples hire us within a month of their engagement. Most couples work with us for 1+ year(s). But just in case, we can plan full-scale weddings in as little as 90 days.
The Wedding Design Package is the most commonly booked. You get the most out of our capabilities when you utilize our talents and resources to bring your ideas to life with the support of hand-picked design resources.
No, it would be impossible to walk into a wedding just for the day and expect a planner to do well. At minimum we require 1-3 months prior to the wedding, depending on size, location and complexity.
We have a “get to know you” meeting where we can establish if we are a good fit and what kind of planning support you need. Then we send over a contract with those details and payment options and we are on our way!
You work with the same planner for the duration of your engagement. That means you have Wendy, Kaitlyn or Michelle as your dedicated wedding expert from the beginning of the planning process to the end of your wedding day.
We’ve noticed a trend where planners charge clients a very low planning fee, but then charge commissions from all of the vendors you work with behind the scenes. We have never subscribed to this model. Our costs are transparent to you, and there are no hidden charges you pay when you hire our team.
We’ve successfully planned weddings and events across the nation, many times at new to us venues. From resorts to wineries to estates and everything in between, we’ve done most everything over the past 20 years. We have “fresh eyes” at new venues and tend to expand their creative capabilities.
