All of the Hollywood Glam at the Hollywood Roosevelt
If you’ve walked the Hollywood Walk of Fame, you’ve walked past the Hollywood Roosevelt. Located in the heart of the Theater District, this historic building is the perfect location for a private wedding in the heart of a busy city. For Kristen & Brett’s wedding, we transformed the lobby into their ceremony space surrounded by historic Spanish Colonial Revival decor. We wanted to compliment the setting using draping, lighting and a carpet runner to make it a distinct ceremony space. Before guests entered the Blossom Ballroom, they walked through our live Step and Repeat where they could strike a pose in their gowns and tuxedos. You want to use draping strategically in this space because you don’t want to hide the opulence of the room the first Academy Awards was in, but you want to feature the band and the head table.
Oh how we loved working with Kristen & Brett. They came to us looking for a Hollywood-inspired hotel that would be both beautiful and private. From the private rooftop to the after party in the lounge, each event had the perfect blend of style and merriment. Enjoy some of our favorite moments from their day!
