Join us in a virtual meeting to get to know each other. We learn all about you and your planning needs and curate a custom package for you.

Once you’ve decided to become a Chic Client, we send you a contract and secure the retainer to secure your date.

We get started shortly after our team is secured and work with you through the whole process to the end of the last event we’ve been asked to coordinate for you.
Curating custom designs and experiences
Depending on your preferred service level, we work both virtually and in-person with you to curate and coordinate the wedding or event of your dreams. At the end of each meeting, we update your planning schedule and calendar the next meeting so you always know we are moving forward.
We are always coordinating behind the scenes and move as fast as the creative partners who support each aspect of your event do. Sometimes we enjoy fast turnaround times, while other times things are delayed due to varying work styles or commitments. We handle those gentle reminders so you don’t have to.
The bulk of coordination happens Monday-Thursday during business hours. Most wedding pros are in the office during those times as well. The entire industry moves into event production mode Friday-Sunday creating happiness for our clients, and have little time in front of our computers. Meetings are available during evenings and weekends by appointment as time permits.

We are pros at navigating how to work everywhere and bring new ideas into each space. We’ve worked at every kind of venue type and look at new venues with fresh eyes. Every venue has a different way of doing things, even the same venue over time. We love building relationships with people all throughout the industry.
We’ve been working with destination wedding clients for 20 years. We’ve got a well organized planning process to help couples plan their entire wedding in two planning trips or less. We even meet some clients for the first time at their rehearsal.
We suggest having a date or two in mind to ensure we are available before we are hired. To maximize the skills and resources of a planner, we suggest getting started as soon as you can. (There are only so many of us to cover each weekend.)
We work with only one couple per weekend. This allows us to give our full attention to you, and you have a well-rested team at your disposal.
We tend to stick to two weddings or less per month depending on the level of service our clients retain us for.
Our planning packages start at $4,000 for Wedding Management. We charge separate event fees for any events before or after the ceremony and reception.
